Cancellation Policy

Deposits are non-refundable. You may cancel your reservation up to 14 days prior to your party and apply your deposit to another event within 2 months of your original date.

All of our services are available separately, but here are a few popular party packages that fit the needs of most events.

Dream Party

This package can be used for both house parties and intimate gatherings. With a dream party you get virtual invitations with RSVPs, 24 personalized party favors, special crown and sash for the birthday person (according to theme), one photo backdrop with balloon garland, a dessert table with backdrop and two choices of sweets. Includes table setting for 24 guests.

The supreme party package is best for venue specific events. The package includes event coordination, personalized virtual invitations with RSVPs and personalized virtual thank you cards. We prepare 50 personalized party favors, 2 balloon garlands, one photo backdrop, one dessert table with backdrop and 3 choices of desserts. Includes table setting for 50 guests.

Does a cake count as one of the desserts for the party packages?

Birthday cakes are not included it in our party packages. Sweets and treats for your dessert table include homemade cupcakes, mini cupcakes, cake pops as well as chocolate covered pretzels and chocolate covered rice crispy treats. We can recommend some great local bakeries for your special event in addition to the party package.

What are personalized virtual invitations?

Each party package comes with virtual invitations specific to your theme and party. The Supreme Party, however, includes personalized invites that include a custom photo on the invite, messages to and from guests, reminders and virtual thank you cards.

What is the difference between large and small balloon garlands?

Our large balloon garland is made up of 130-150 balloons, while our small balloon garlands contain 70-90 balloons. We also offer extra large garlands, balloon towers, columns and clusters.

Can we add, subtract or substitute services in a party package?

Yes, party packages can be altered according to your party needs! Keep in mind that this may alter the price of each package.
